Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
- Wash and trim woody ends off asparagus spears
- Pat asparagus completely dry with paper towels
- Toss with olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper
- Place in single layer in air fryer basket
- Cook for 4 minutes then shake basket gently
- Cook another 4 minutes until tips are crispy and golden
- Transfer to serving plate immediately
- Top with parmesan shavings and red pepper flakes
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges
