Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
Pat shrimp completely dry with paper towels
Wrap each shrimp tightly with half a strip of bacon
Secure with a toothpick
Place in single layer in air fryer basket
Cook for 5 minutes then flip carefully
Meanwhile melt butter and cook garlic for 1 minute
Add honey and soy sauce and simmer for 2 minutes
Cook shrimp another 3-5 minutes until bacon is crispy
Brush with honey garlic glaze in last 2 minutes
Check shrimp is pink and opaque before serving
Remove toothpicks garnish with parsley and serve with lemon
