Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb large or jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • - 12 strips thin cut bacon cut in half
  • - Toothpicks for securing
For honey garlic glaze:
  • - 3 tbsp honey
  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • - 1 tbsp butter
  • - Fresh parsley for garnish
  • - Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Pat shrimp completely dry with paper towels
  3. Wrap each shrimp tightly with half a strip of bacon
  4. Secure with a toothpick
  5. Place in single layer in air fryer basket
  6. Cook for 5 minutes then flip carefully
  7. Meanwhile melt butter and cook garlic for 1 minute
  8. Add honey and soy sauce and simmer for 2 minutes
  9. Cook shrimp another 3-5 minutes until bacon is crispy
  10. Brush with honey garlic glaze in last 2 minutes
  11. Check shrimp is pink and opaque before serving
  12. Remove toothpicks garnish with parsley and serve with lemon
