Air Fryer Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • - 3 very ripe bananas mashed
  • - 2 cups all purpose flour
  • - ½ cup butter melted
  • - ¾ cup brown sugar
  • - 2 large eggs beaten
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1 tsp baking soda
  • - 1 tsp baking powder
  • - 1 tsp cinnamon
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ cup walnuts chopped optional
  • - Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Mash ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth
  3. Add melted butter brown sugar eggs and vanilla extract
  4. Mix until fully combined
  5. Add flour baking soda baking powder cinnamon and salt
  6. Fold gently until just combined — do not overmix
  7. Fold in walnuts if using
  8. Spray a 7 inch cake pan or air fryer safe loaf pan with cooking spray
  9. Pour batter into prepared pan
  10. Place pan in air fryer basket
  11. Cook for 25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean
  12. Check at 20 minutes — if top is browning too fast cover loosely with foil
  13. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing
  14. Serve warm with butter
