Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  

  • - 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • For honey garlic sauce:
  • - 3 tbsp honey
  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • - 1 tbsp butter
  • - 1 tsp fresh thyme

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Pat chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil
  4. Mix all seasonings and coat chicken thighs evenly
  5. Place in single layer in air fryer basket
  6. Cook for 10 minutes then flip
  7. Cook another 8 minutes until golden and crispy
  8. Meanwhile melt butter in small saucepan
  9. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant
  10. Add honey soy sauce and thyme and simmer for 2 minutes
  11. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F
  12. Brush with honey garlic sauce immediately after cooking
  13. Rest for 3 minutes before serving
