Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
Pat chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels
Brush both sides with olive oil
Mix all seasonings and coat chicken thighs evenly
Place in single layer in air fryer basket
Cook for 10 minutes then flip
Cook another 8 minutes until golden and crispy
Meanwhile melt butter in small saucepan
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant
Add honey soy sauce and thyme and simmer for 2 minutes
Check internal temperature reaches 165°F
Brush with honey garlic sauce immediately after cooking
Rest for 3 minutes before serving
