Air Fryer Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • - 2 naan breads or pre-made pizza bases
  • - 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • - 4 large eggs scrambled
  • - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - ¼ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • - 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Cook bacon in air fryer at 400°F for 8 minutes until crispy
  3. Crumble cooked bacon and set aside
  4. Scramble eggs in butter over low heat until just set
  5. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray
  6. Place naan bread in air fryer basket
  7. Spread pizza sauce evenly over naan
  8. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese
  9. Add scrambled eggs and crumbled bacon on top
  10. Cook for 8-10 minutes until base is crispy and cheese is melted
  11. Garnish with fresh chives and serve immediately
