Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes
- Trim ends off Brussels sprouts and cut in half
- Toss halved sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper
- Place cut side down in single layer in air fryer basket
- Cook for 8 minutes then shake basket well
- Cook another 7 minutes until golden and crispy
- Transfer to serving plate immediately
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with parmesan shavings
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy
