Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - 2 tbsp balsamic glaze for serving
  • - ¼ cup parmesan shavings for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Trim ends off Brussels sprouts and cut in half
  3. Toss halved sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  4. Place cut side down in single layer in air fryer basket
  5. Cook for 8 minutes then shake basket well
  6. Cook another 7 minutes until golden and crispy
  7. Transfer to serving plate immediately
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with parmesan shavings
  9. Serve immediately while hot and crispy
