Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
- Cut cauliflower into even sized florets
- Pat florets completely dry with paper towels
- Toss with olive oil until evenly coated
- Add all seasonings and toss until evenly coated
- Place in single layer in air fryer basket
- Cook for 8 minutes then shake basket well
- Cook another 7 minutes until golden and crispy
- Toss immediately in buffalo sauce if using
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges
