Air Fryer Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets
  • - 3 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - 1 tsp cumin
  • - ½ tsp turmeric
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - Buffalo sauce for tossing optional
  • - Fresh parsley for garnish
  • - Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Cut cauliflower into even sized florets
  3. Pat florets completely dry with paper towels
  4. Toss with olive oil until evenly coated
  5. Add all seasonings and toss until evenly coated
  6. Place in single layer in air fryer basket
  7. Cook for 8 minutes then shake basket well
  8. Cook another 7 minutes until golden and crispy
  9. Toss immediately in buffalo sauce if using
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges
