Air Fryer Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients
  

  • - 2 large boneless chicken breasts
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - 2 heads romaine lettuce chopped
  • - ½ cup parmesan shavings
- Caesar dressing
For air fryer croutons:
  • - 3 cups cubed day old bread
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • - ½ tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and brush with olive oil
  3. Season with garlic powder Italian seasoning salt and pepper
  4. Place chicken in air fryer basket
  5. Cook for 10 minutes then flip
  6. Cook another 8-10 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F
  7. Remove chicken and rest for 5 minutes
  8. Toss cubed bread with olive oil garlic Italian seasoning and salt
  9. Air fry croutons at 400°F for 4-5 minutes shaking halfway
  10. Chop romaine lettuce and place in large bowl
  11. Slice chicken against the grain into thin strips
  12. Top salad with sliced chicken crispy croutons and parmesan shavings
  13. Drizzle generously with Caesar dressing and serve immediately
