Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes
Mix shredded chicken with cumin chili powder garlic powder and salt
Lay one tortilla flat and spread chicken mixture evenly
Add diced bell peppers and red onion
Top with shredded cheese
Place second tortilla on top and press firmly
Spray both sides generously with cooking spray
Place carefully in air fryer basket
Cook for 5 minutes then flip carefully using a spatula
Cook another 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy
Remove and cut into triangles immediately
Serve with sour cream guacamole and salsa
