Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
Brush chicken with olive oil and season with fajita seasoning garlic powder salt and pepper
Place chicken in air fryer basket
Cook for 10 minutes then flip
Cook another 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F
Remove chicken and rest for 3 minutes then slice into strips
Cut tortillas into strips and place in air fryer basket
Cook at 400°F for 4-5 minutes until shatteringly crispy
Build bowls with rice as base
Add sliced chicken and shredded cheese
Top with salsa sour cream and guacamole
Add crispy tortilla strips immediately before serving
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges
