Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

  • - 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • - 1 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • - 2 eggs beaten
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Pat chicken tenders completely dry with paper towels
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper
  4. Dip each tender in beaten egg then coat in breadcrumb mixture
  5. Press breadcrumbs firmly onto chicken for maximum coating
  6. Place in single layer in air fryer basket
  7. Spray generously with cooking spray
  8. Cook for 6 minutes then flip carefully
  9. Spray again with cooking spray
  10. Cook another 6 minutes until golden and crispy
  11. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce
