Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
- Pat chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels
- Brush both sides with olive oil
- Mix all seasonings and coat chicken thighs evenly
- Place skin side down in air fryer basket
- Cook for 13 minutes then flip skin side up
- Cook another 12 minutes until skin is golden and crispy
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving
