Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  

  • - 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Pat chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil
  4. Mix all seasonings and coat chicken thighs evenly
  5. Place skin side down in air fryer basket
  6. Cook for 13 minutes then flip skin side up
  7. Cook another 12 minutes until skin is golden and crispy
  8. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving
  9. Rest for 5 minutes before serving
