Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  

  • - 2 lbs fresh chicken wings separated into drumettes and flats
  • - 1 tbsp baking powder
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - Cooking spray
  • - Buffalo sauce or your favorite sauce for tossing

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels
  3. Mix baking powder and all seasonings together
  4. Toss wings in seasoning mixture until evenly coated
  5. Place in single layer in air fryer basket
  6. Cook for 12 minutes then flip wings
  7. Spray lightly with cooking spray
  8. Cook another 13 minutes until golden and crispy
  9. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F
  10. Toss immediately in your favorite sauce
  11. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce
