Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup all purpose flour
  • - ½ cup butter softened room temperature
  • - ½ cup brown sugar
  • - ¼ cup white sugar
  • - 1 large egg
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - ½ tsp baking soda
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - 1 cup chocolate chips
  • - Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Cream together softened butter brown sugar and white sugar until fluffy
  2. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined
  3. Add flour baking soda and salt and mix until just combined
  4. Fold in chocolate chips
  5. Chill dough for 30 minutes if time allows
  6. Preheat air fryer to 325°F (163°C) for 3 minutes
  7. Line air fryer basket with parchment paper
  8. Scoop tablespoon sized dough balls onto parchment
  9. Leave 2 inches between each cookie
  10. Cook for 7-8 minutes until edges are golden
  11. Center should look slightly underdone
  12. Remove and cool for 5 minutes before serving
  13. Cookies will firm up as they cool
