Grease 4 ramekins generously with softened butter
Dust with cocoa powder and tap out excess
Melt chocolate and butter together until completely smooth
Cool for 5 minutes
Whisk eggs egg yolks and sugar until pale and slightly thickened
Pour chocolate mixture into egg mixture and whisk to combine
Add flour vanilla and salt and fold gently until just combined
Divide batter evenly between prepared ramekins
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes
Place ramekins in air fryer basket
Cook for exactly 10 minutes until edges are set
Center should still jiggle slightly when shaken
Let rest for 1 minute then run knife around edges
Invert onto serving plates immediately
Dust with powdered sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream and raspberries
