Preheat air fryer to 325°F (163°C) for 3 minutes
Separate biscuit dough into 8 individual pieces
Shape each piece into a smooth round ball
Brush each ball generously with melted butter
Sprinkle with garlic powder if using
Place in air fryer basket with space between each roll
Cook for 5 minutes then check
Cook another 4-5 minutes until golden on top
Rolls should spring back when gently pressed
Remove and brush immediately with more melted butter
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and fresh rosemary
Cool for 3 minutes before serving warm
