Method
- Wash and peel potatoes then cut into even fry shapes
- Soak cut fries in cold water for 30 minutes
- Drain and pat completely dry with paper towels
- Toss fries with olive oil and all seasonings
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes
- Place fries in single layer in air fryer basket
- Cook for 10 minutes then shake basket well
- Cook another 8 minutes until golden and crispy
- Season with extra salt immediately after cooking
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately
