Ingredients
  

  • - 8 slices brioche or Texas toast
  • - 3 large eggs beaten
  • - ½ cup whole milk
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1 tsp cinnamon
  • - 1 tbsp sugar
  • - Pinch of salt
  • - Cooking spray
  • - Maple syrup for serving
  • - Fresh berries for serving
  • - Powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Whisk together eggs milk vanilla cinnamon sugar and salt
  3. Dip each bread slice in custard for 30 seconds per side
  4. Let excess custard drip off
  5. Spray air fryer basket generously with cooking spray
  6. Place soaked bread in single layer in basket
  7. Cook for 4 minutes then flip carefully
  8. Cook another 4 minutes until golden and crispy
  9. Dust immediately with powdered sugar
  10. Serve with maple syrup and fresh berries
