Air Fryer Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • - 3 tbsp butter melted
  • - 4 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • - Fresh parsley chopped for garnish
  • - 1 lemon cut into wedges

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels
  3. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper and cayenne
  4. Toss shrimp in garlic butter mixture until fully coated
  5. Place shrimp in single layer in air fryer basket
  6. Cook for 5-6 minutes until pink and slightly curled
  7. Remove immediately and garnish with fresh parsley
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and your choice of side
