Air Fryer Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • - 4 salmon fillets 6oz each
  • - 3 tbsp honey
  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • - Fresh thyme for garnish
  • - Lemon slices for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Mix honey garlic soy sauce olive oil lemon juice and Dijon mustard
  3. Pat salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels
  4. Brush honey glaze generously over each salmon fillet
  5. Reserve remaining glaze for serving
  6. Place salmon skin side down in air fryer basket
  7. Cook for 8 minutes — no flipping needed
  8. Brush with remaining glaze in last 2 minutes of cooking
  9. Remove immediately and garnish with fresh thyme
  10. Serve with lemon slices and extra glaze drizzled on top
