Toss peach slices with sugar cinnamon lemon juice and vanilla
Divide peach mixture evenly between 4 ramekins
Mix flour sugars cinnamon and salt for topping
Cut cold butter into flour mixture until crumbly
Sprinkle crumble topping generously over peaches
Do not pack down — leave loose and crumbly
Sprinkle a tiny bit of sugar on top of crumble
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes
Place ramekins in air fryer basket
Cook for 12-15 minutes until topping is deep golden
Filling should be bubbling around edges
Rest for 3 minutes before serving
Top with vanilla ice cream and serve immediately
