Ingredients
  

  • - 4 large ripe peaches peeled and sliced or 2 cans peaches drained
  • - 2 tbsp sugar for filling
  • - 1 tsp cinnamon
  • - 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
For crumble topping:
  • - ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • - ½ cup cold butter cut into small pieces
  • - ¼ cup sugar
  • - ¼ cup brown sugar
  • - ½ tsp cinnamon
  • - Pinch of salt
For serving:
  • - Vanilla ice cream
  • - Fresh mint leaves

Method
 

  1. Toss peach slices with sugar cinnamon lemon juice and vanilla
  2. Divide peach mixture evenly between 4 ramekins
  3. Mix flour sugars cinnamon and salt for topping
  4. Cut cold butter into flour mixture until crumbly
  5. Sprinkle crumble topping generously over peaches
  6. Do not pack down — leave loose and crumbly
  7. Sprinkle a tiny bit of sugar on top of crumble
  8. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes
  9. Place ramekins in air fryer basket
  10. Cook for 12-15 minutes until topping is deep golden
  11. Filling should be bubbling around edges
  12. Rest for 3 minutes before serving
  13. Top with vanilla ice cream and serve immediately
