Ingredients
  

  • - 4 salmon fillets 6oz each
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - 1 lemon sliced
  • - Fresh dill for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil
  4. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper
  5. Season salmon fillets evenly on both sides
  6. Place skin side down in air fryer basket
  7. Cook for 8 minutes — no flipping needed
  8. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon slices before serving
