Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
Cut salmon into 1 inch cubes removing skin
Pat salmon bites completely dry with paper towels
Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and cayenne
Place in single layer in air fryer basket
Cook for 5 minutes then shake basket gently
Cook another 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy
Meanwhile mix honey, garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice for dipping sauce
Transfer salmon bites to serving plate immediately
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges
Serve with honey garlic dipping sauce
