Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Ingredients
  

  • - 1.5 lbs fresh salmon fillet cut into 1 inch cubes
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - ½ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • - Fresh parsley for garnish
  • - 1 lemon cut into wedges
For honey garlic dipping sauce:
  • - 3 tbsp honey
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • - 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Cut salmon into 1 inch cubes removing skin
  3. Pat salmon bites completely dry with paper towels
  4. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and cayenne
  5. Place in single layer in air fryer basket
  6. Cook for 5 minutes then shake basket gently
  7. Cook another 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy
  8. Meanwhile mix honey, garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice for dipping sauce
  9. Transfer salmon bites to serving plate immediately
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges
  11. Serve with honey garlic dipping sauce
