Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
- Pat shrimp completely dry with paper towels
- Toss shrimp with olive oil and all seasonings
- Place in single layer in air fryer basket
- Cook for 5-6 minutes until pink and slightly charred
- Warm tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds
- Assemble tacos with shrimp coleslaw and avocado
- Top with cilantro and drizzle with sriracha mayo
- Serve immediately with fresh lime wedges
