Ingredients
  

  • - 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks 1 inch thick
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - 1 tsp black pepper
  • For garlic butter:
  • - 3 tbsp butter softened
  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • - 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • - Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Remove steaks from fridge 30 minutes before cooking
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  3. Pat steaks completely dry with paper towels
  4. Brush both sides with olive oil
  5. Mix all seasonings and coat steaks evenly on both sides
  6. Place steaks in single layer in air fryer basket
  7. Cook for 6 minutes then flip steaks
  8. Cook another 6 minutes for medium rare
  9. Meanwhile mix all garlic butter ingredients together
  10. Remove steaks and top immediately with garlic butter
  11. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving
