Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds and membranes
Cook ground beef with onion and garlic in skillet until browned
Drain excess fat from meat mixture
Stir in cooked rice marinara sauce and all seasonings
Mix until fully combined and remove from heat
Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3 minutes
Fill each pepper generously with meat and rice mixture
Top each pepper with shredded mozzarella cheese
Place stuffed peppers upright in air fryer basket
Cook for 12-15 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is golden
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately
