Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb ground turkey
  • - ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • - 1 egg beaten
  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • - 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - Cooking spray
  • - Marinara sauce for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  2. Combine ground turkey panko egg garlic parmesan parsley and all seasonings
  3. Mix gently until just combined — do not overmix
  4. Roll into 1.5 inch balls using wet hands
  5. Place in single layer in air fryer basket
  6. Spray generously with cooking spray
  7. Cook for 6 minutes then shake basket gently
  8. Cook another 6 minutes until golden and cooked through
  9. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F
  10. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce
